Full Time Roles
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Youth Pastor
to join our team as we venture into new territory, exploring and innovating new ways of ministry and mission in the Church, West London and beyond. The successful candidate will be a ‘hands on’, dynamic, experienced Youth Leader who can relationally connect with the various Youth age groups (11-18 years) through heartfelt passion and energy, deep commitment to the Word, a deep relationship with Jesus and experience of the leading and empowering of the Spirit.
You will be responsible for the delivery of all Sunday and weekly Youth activities and other special events. You will oversee the development and implementation of an exciting and sustainable Youth strategy that is aligned with our vision and mission. Establishing CityYouth as relevant, equipping a generation to know who they are in God, live out their faith in their homes, schools and communities and exercise their God- given influence wherever they are.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a proven track record as a leader; as well as the relevant experience and skills to be able to work with Youth within a diverse community. Pastoral understanding and sensitivity in this area is a must.
This role requires a confident manager and team builder who can lead and develop an energetic team of volunteers and interns and provide key resources across the ministries. You will be a high capacity worker with strong organisational skills and communication skills who is self-motivated and takes initiative. Flexible working is a must as some evenings and Saturdays will be required.
Competitive Salary of 25k – 27k dependent on experience. Closing date is Friday 1st September

Part Time Roles
Sunday Site Manager
St Paul's Hammersmith is a vibrant urban church planted from Holy Trinity Brompton and based in the centre of the dynamic and diverse London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. St Paul's Hammersmith is made up of St Paul's Church and St Paul's Centre, an award winning commercial venue centre and cafe.
A key part of our Vision at St Paul’s Church and Centre is to provide a place of worship and hospitality at all our services and events. To help us achieve this, we are now looking for a Sunday Site Manager mainly for our Church services every Sunday. However, there will be further opportunities for potential additional hours to support other events as and when required.
The successful candidate will be someone who has an active Christian faith, with strong interpersonal skills, who can confidently interact with the life of the congregation and deal with a wide range of individuals. Additionally, this person will be responsible, practical and organized, and able to manage the various Sunday activities and events taking place across the SPH site. You will need to have the physical stamina to set up and manage the facilities on Sundays to ensure the smooth running of SPH. Starting date August.
