TLG West London

TLG West London is an alternative education centre with independent school status working alongside St Paul's to help vulnerable young people who have been excluded from school, are at risk of exclusion or at crisis point in their education.

This unique partnership offers formal education projects (GCSE equivalents with a strong emphasis on numeracy and literacy) and enables a 92% success rate of reintegrating young people back into school, progressing with TLG or further education/training or employment. The purpose of TLG is to give the victims of social breakdown a second chance - young people that have experienced such issues as family breakdown, bereavement, drug and alcohol abuse, bullying, poverty, gang culture, lack of parental support and many other distressing circumstances.

The unique team consists of a Centre Manager & Headteacher, Youth Development Worker, Learning Mentor and a team of volunteers who work alongside young people. TLG aims to 'educate young people, transform lives' through delivering an imaginative curricula with recognised outcomes alongside pastoral and behaviour development.
