Flo and Inno met in Malawi and have been married and working together since 2009. Their work centers on supporting refugees with opportunities for education and employment, as well as with advocacy for better refugee laws in Malawi.

Based in Germany, Elke provides training and coaching for OM missionary staff around the globe. She serves those serving often under very tough circumstances to make sure they are well equipped, resourced and supported in what God has called them to do.

They have begun a pioneering ministry in London to reach Central Asian migrants from former Soviet bloc countries. Their work includes evangelism, hospitality, prayer events, and social action. Joel and Fiona grew up in Nepal and moved there in 2015 to lead a Christian anti-poverty mission. Today they're serving Nepal's people and church through medicinal plant research and a ministry of mentoring and encouragement for Nepali leaders.
